Quantification of glycerophospholipid isomers using data-independent acquisition (DIA)
The data-independent acquisition (DIA) mode of tandem mass spectrometry was applied for the separation of structural isomers of glycerophospholipids in Saccharomyces cerevisiae and human plasma. The parameters of DIA were optimized by a performance comparison with the data-dependent acquisition mode. Separation and relative quantification of co-eluting structural isomers was achieved by the detection of specific fragment ions from the DIA data.
