Surface Enhanced Raman Spectrometry (SERS) is widely known as a high-sensitive technique of vibrational spectrometry. Recently, commercialized SERS substrates are available. We tried to use SERS substrate as a new ionization device by laser irradiation. As a result, we could obtain sample signals with lower laser energy than normal SUS304 plate.
