Irreversible inhibition of disease-associated proteins with reactive small molecule is a powerful approach for achieving increased and sustained pharmacological potency. We have recently reported the selective covalent inhibitors exploiting the new class of reactive warheads such asα-chlorofluoroacetamide (CFA) and BCB-amide (bicyclobutane-amide). In this presentation, we report the result of the chemical proteomics analysis using the covalent ligands with these warheads.
