帯電水滴衝撃イオン化法と熱脱離法によるアミノ酸クラスターイオンの測定

Positive and negative polarity mass spectra for 20 solid amino acids (AAs) were measured by electrospray droplet impact/SIMS and thermal desorption method. Characteristic magic numbers of cluster ions for [n(AA)+H]⁺ and [n(AA)-H]^- were observed for many AAs, e.g., [8(Ser)+H]⁺ and [6(Ser)-H]^-. The mechanisms for the formation of cluster ions were investigated.
