瞬間加熱ガス噴射による脱離を利用した質量分析

In this study, mass spectrometry using thermal desorption of the samples using pulsed heated gas blow was studied for the rapid analysis of various samples such as drugs, amino acids, foods and human sebum. 1 picogram cocaine on the sample holder was detected by 50 ms flash blow of heated N₂ gas at 350°C. For human sebum, 20 major amino acids were detected in addition to the main components such as fatty acids and squalene.
