LC-QTOF/MSを用いたリン脂質の¹³Cトレーサー解析

A ¹³C-tracer analysis using mass spectrometry was developed for investigating dynamics of lipid metabolism in budding yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae, a model eukaryote organism. Labeling ratio of 9 phospholipids and glycerolipids (PA, PG, PS, PC, PE, PI, DAG, TAG and CL) was determined based on the incorporation of [U-¹³C]glucose using LC-QTOF/MS.
