誘導体化による一細胞内アミノ酸の高感度質量分析法の開発

In this study, we developed a highly sensitive analytical method by introducing a derivatization method to live single-cell mass spectrometry to detect intracellular amino acids. Trace amounts of amino acid standards were derivatized with (R)-BiAC reagent in a glass capillary for nanoESI, and mass spectrometric analysis showed improved peak intensities for all amino acids. Furthermore, this method was applied to single-cell analysis, and derivative peaks of all 20 amino acids in the cell could be detected at the single-cell level.
