超臨界流体抽出/クロマトグラフィー-プロトン移動反応質量分析法の開発
Proton transfer reaction (PTR) ionization-mass spectrometry (MS) has been used to analyze real-time, trace-level volatile organic compounds. We have reported the combined supercritical extraction (SFE) and PTR, which improves detection limits order of magnitude for non-volatile small organic compounds. In this method, a sample on a frit is directly introduced into the PTR-MS by carbon dioxide, resulting in an analyte elution profile (peak). In this study, we added the chromatography separation between SFE and PTR in series. A standard α-tocopherol sample was monitored at [M-H]+, [M]+, and [M+H]+as two separated SFC peaks.
