トリプル四重極LC-MS/MSを用いたヨーグルトのワイドターゲット分析
This presentation presents an example of food metabolomics using a triple quadrupole LC-MS/MS. Wide-target analysis was performed on eight types of commercially available yogurt under two LC-MS/MS conditions, and the analysis results were integrated to detect more than 110 kinds of compounds. Multivariate analysis of the results revealed that some compounds were specifically detected in each yogurt.
