超高感度/HTS Proteomics, 蛋白質、核酸、低分子におけるMS解析の最新技術紹介
We present novel HPLC systems columns for proteomics for single cell and clinical samples. Electrospray ionization plays important role in biological MS. We also present novel ESI emitter which enables microflow LC with nanoESI. Sensitivity will increase dramatically in biological MS and benefit to large biological molecules such as protein, Ab, large nucleotides as native state.
