データ非依存的取得法を用いた定量プロテオミクスによるヒト人工多能性幹細胞の神経幹細胞分化制御機構の解明
Human induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs)-derived neural differentiated cells are expected to be applied to regenerative medicine and understanding the mechanisms of neural differentiation of iPSCs is important for their implementation. In this study, we conducted LC/MS/MS with a data-independent acquisition (DIA-MS) approach for comparative proteomics of iPSCs and neural stem cells (NSCs). We found trophoblast glycoprotein (TPBG) control differentiation in NSCs with Wnt/β-catenin pathway inhibition.
