マルチターン飛行時間型質量分析計を用いた土壌中ガスの連続測定

By measuring the soil gas produced by bacteria such as CO2 and N2O, the condition of the soil can be clarified. We have been developing a GC-MULTUM consisting of a multi-turn time-of-flight mass spectrometer (MULTUM) and a gas chromatograph for measuring the time evolution of various soil gases in the field. In this study, we developed a method for continuously sampling and measuring the depth profile of soil gas concentration. As a result of the experiment, we have succeeded in capturing the change of the N2O concentration caused by denitrification due to bacteria activity.
