液滴表面サンプリング-熱脱離GC/MSによる揮発性成分の微小部表面分析
TOF-SIMS is known as a typical surface analysis method, but volatile components are lost because of the high vacuum environment inside the instrument. LESA (Liquid Extract Surface Analysis) nano ESI-MS system enables surface analysis under atmospheric pressure with a spatial resolution of 1 mmφ. The principle of LESA system is that the disposable tip picks up the extract solvent in a reservoir, and a few μL of solvent is placed on the target sample, allowing surface sampling via droplets to be applied to other analyses. Therefore, surface components sampled by a droplet-type surface sampling device under atmospheric pressure with the sorbent in a sampling cup were applied to TD (Thermal Desorption) GC/MS, and surface analysis of volatile components was successfully performed.
