タッピングモード走査型プローブエレクトロスプレーイオン化法におけるプローブ 振動周波数の影響

Mass spectrometry imaging is an analytical method to measure the multi-components distributed in sample. Tapping-mode scanning probe electrospray ionization (t-SPESI) realizes the direct extraction and ionization using vibrating capillary probe and pico-liter solvent. Different driving frequency have different initial amplitude. Because the force between the probe and sample will shift the Q-curve, Different driving frequency also have different vibration mode, which could affect the probe approaching and the stability of feedback system. Our research is using different probe driving frequency to conduct the mass spectrometry imaging by t-SPESI. To find what kind of influence brought by changing the driving frequency and what is the best condition for mass spectrometry imaging for t-SPESI. Now, the conclusion is that using resonant driving frequency is better than higher or lower frequency.
