電子励起解離(EAD)技術を用いた化合物の詳細な解析
In mass spectrometry, dissociation techniques are essential for analyzing the structure of compounds. The Electron Activated Dissociation (EAD) that we have commercialized can cause dissociation based on a different principle from the conventional Collision Induced Dissociation (CID). Therefore, the obtained MS/MS spectrum is also different. This enables us to analyze the structure of compounds in a way that has never been possible before. In this seminar, we will present in detail how the EAD technique contributes to structural analysis.
