The conference rooms are scattered in the public space of Omiya Sonic City. Check the location of each room in the map to avoid confusion. Room A is Auxiliary Hall in the Hall Wing, 2nd Floor. The Main Hall in the Hall Wing is not allocated to the conference.
Registration opens from 9:10 on the 1st day or from 8:20 on the following days at the foyer of Room A (Hall Wing, 2nd Floor).
Baggage may be checked for a day, at the cloakroom located inside the Room P. Coin-operated lockers can be found in the concourse of Omiya station, as well.
Go through the ground floor hall way when moving from Hall Wing to Main Bldg, and vice versa.

Accommodations The Palace Hotel Omiya is located right next to the conference venue.

Transportation Omiya Sonic City is located in a walking distance (five minutes walk) from the West exit of JR Omiya station, which is conveniently accessible from major train stations in Tokyo area (typically 60 min or less). Access information may be available at the web site of the Palace Hotel Omiya.
