Exploring Practical Methods for Parameter Setting and Mass Calibration to Utilize PEDA in Microscope-mode Mass Spectrometry Imaging

By using the ion optics simulation program SIMION, it is explored that the parameter setting method and mass calibration function for the post extraction differential acceleration (PEDA) technique that improves the mass resolution of microscope-mode mass spectrometry imaging.
