Fundamental study on mass spectrum of flavor compounds by GC/MS using hydrogen carrier gas
Hydrogen gas is candidate of alternative carrier gas for GC/MS. However, mass spectrum obtained by hydrogen carrier gas was sometime changed compared to helium. In this study, we investigated the trend and mechanism of mass spectrum exchange by hydrogen carrier gas.
