We prepared some isomers of organic compound (Figure 1) and carried out ion mobiliity-mass spectrometry (IM-MS) to assess its abilities: (1) evaluation of spacious size and (2) separation. In this study, IM-MS measurements were carried out using Cyclic IMS (Waters Corporation) equipped with a closed-loop drif tube, where scalable traveling length. Besides spacious size evaluation, Cyclic IMS enables to aquire more highly resolved ion mobiligram than conventional IM-MS.
