Analysis for Screening Residual Pesticides in Spinach Extract by Quadrupole Time-of-flight Mass Spectrometry Using an In-line Sample Preparation Column

The QuEChERS method is widely used as a preparation method that can efficiently extract and purify pesticides without special equipment. However, it has problems such as reproducibility by operators and time required to perform it. In this study, screening analysis of pesticide residues in spinach extract was performed by using In-Line Sample Preparation (ILSP) column and a quadrupole time-of-flight mass spectrometer.
