Hakata Sugitake (Pholiota adiposa) was reported an inhibitory effect on elevation of blood glucose and this functional component was LysoPE 18:2 (MLPE). We have established a quantitative SFC-MS/MS analysis method for MLPE in Hakata Sugitake with LysoPE 18:0/0:0 (MOPE) as the reference substance. Our achievements will greatly contribute to the registration of Hakata Sugitake in foods with function claims.
