jPOST is an integrated proteome database that standardizes and centrally manages diverse proteome data scattered in Japan and overseas. jPOST began full-scale development in 2015, and consists of a data repository, data standardization through reanalysis, and a database section that accumulates and displays standardized data. It aims to become the core of life science data integration through international collaboration and cooperation with other databases. The development team and collaborative users will work together to realize "jPOST prime", an interactive usage environment as a proteome data science resource.
