Multi-omics analysis of 6 human breast cancer cell lines was performed. Gene and protein expression data showed subtype-specific expression patterns, with a prominent upregulation of glycolytic enzyme expression in the triple negative cell lines. Although metabolome data were largely consistent with the gene and protein expression data, flux data showed different trends. Especially, glutaminase and malic enzyme flux was significantly upregulated in the triple negative group.
