Plasma protein binding(PPB) is an important determinant in the pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics, and safety of drugs. At the early stages of drug development, we need to evaluate many compounds more quickly for PPB. Therefore, we tried to simplify the measurement with the aim of speed up the protein binding screening.
