DIUTHAME高感度化のための構造の検討

The advantages of DIUTHAME are NO matrix background noise, high reproducibility and high spatial resolution. But its signal intensity sometimes is lower than MALDI. To increase the sensitivity, we modified the structure of DIUTHAME chip such as the pore diameter and the Platinum layer on pores. In the future, I would like to clarify the ionization mechanism of DIUTHAME.
