唾液中の短鎖脂肪酸・有機酸分析におけるサンプル保管温度の影響
The effect of sample storage temperature on amount of short-chain fatty acids (SCFAs) and organic acids in saliva was investigated for accurate analysis. After collection of saliva, the saliva was stored at different temperature for 3 days. We analyzed 6 SCFAs and 17 organic acids in the saliva using LC-MS/MS. Principal component analysis (PCA) and the t-test were conducted to find the effect of sample storage temperature. As results of the PCA and t-test, it was suggested that storing saliva at below 4℃ does not affect analysis of SCFAs and organic acids.
