植物中のアミノ酸およびその代謝産物解析のためのプラットフォーム開発
Plants are known to accumulate amino acids within their tissues in response to various environmental cues. However, our understandings of the biological significance of the amino acid biosynthesis have been poorly established. To this end, we developed a platform for analyzing amino acids and their metabolites in a model plant Arabidopsis thaliana; (i) efficient extraction of useful information from LC-Orbitrap MS/MS big data, and (ii) preparation of 15N-labeled Arabidopsis and their metabolic analysis.
