MALDI-イメージング質量分析法とショットガンプロテオミクスを用いた拡張型心筋症モデルJ2N-kハムスターの病態解析
Dilated Cardiomyopathy (DCM) has an extremely poor prognosis. To investigate the pathogenesis of DCM, we performed global proteomic analysis of myocardial tissues from J2N-k cardiomyopathic hamsters. In the current study, we tried to integrate in situ proteomics for cardiac tissues from hamsters by integrating Matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization imaging mass spectrometry (MALDI-IMS) and LC-trapped ion mobility spectrometry (TIMS)- MS/MS . Histological examinations as well as serial cardiac tissue sections from hamsters at each weeks of age were analyzed with rapiflex tissue typer and tims TOF Pro with nanoElute. MALDI-IMS in combination with a shotgun proteomic analysis is a useful approach in analyzing cardiomyopathic tissues from DCM animal model.
