Tandem Mass Tag™ （TMT）と三連四重極型質量分析を使ったリピドミクス
Metabolomics focuses on quantification rather than qualitative analysis because the identification engine is still immature. Therefore, the quantitative type device is more realistic than the qualitative type one. The current challenges are how to increase throughput for multi sample measurement and how to improve relative quantitation. In this presentation I would like to introduce TMT reagent for lipidomics using triple quadrupole mass spectrometry.
