バイオ医薬品分析の常識を変える新しい技術紹介 - SmartMSシステムと分離カラム
The first SmartMS system is demonstrated. A compact high-performance LC-MS platform, it streamlines data acquisition, processing, and reporting for intact/subunit mass analysis, peptide mapping and glycan profiling of protein therapeutics. This is achieved through workflow automation, increased user accessibility, and performance standardization, all of which should enable more biopharmaceutical labs to generate information-rich results and make better analytical decisions more efficiently. In addition, new column technology using solid core particle technology with high-coverage polyphenyl bonding will be introduced. These new BioResolve LC columns are important in the successful characterization of biotherapeutic proteins.
