S-Trap法及び1.6 um高分解能AuroraカラムによるHeLa膜タンパク質-深層プロテオーム解析
At last year's Annual conference, our research group evaluated simple sample processing by S-Trap method and reported. In this report, we introduce a new high-density reversed-phase column with a smaller filler diameter and a longer overall length and done membrane protein analysis of HeLa cells. As a result, 1846 types of human-derived proteins were identified in the high-density-column analysis while 1008 number of membrane proteins in the category of cellular component was improved from 302 in the case of standard method to 648 in the method applied with the high density column and Strap method which solubilize membrane protein with 5% SDS.
