Data independent acquisition (DIA) in proteomics – from technology to biological applications
Next generation proteomics based on data independent acquisition (DIA) enables deep and reproducible quantification of thousands of proteins in a single measurement experiments (Bruderer et al., 2015, 2017). During this lunch symposium participants will learn about the various DIA strategies and its benefits for studying complex biological processes.
