Oral Presentations
Plenary lecture: 60 min (incl. introduction and questions)
Invited lecture: 50 min (incl. introduction and questions)
Award lecture: 20 min (incl. introduction)
Session keynote lecture: 40 min (incl. introduction and questions)
Session invited lecture: 20 min (incl. introduction and questions)
Other oral presentation: 20 min (incl. 5 min for questions)
(Only the presentations of 3A-O1-P are different; Session invited lecture: 30 min, Other oral presentation:15min)
The organizing committee recommends the speakers to use their own laptop computers with an analog VGA (mini D-SUB 15pin) connector for data projection, to avoid trouble due to incompatibility. Please bring the AC power adaptor for your computer. A VGA cable is prepared for use. Make sure to test your data projection in the session room during the break time just before your session.
Please turn off sleep-mode and screen saver of your computer prior to your presentation. The computer must be kept alive and AC power supplied throughout the session, to avoid any trouble.

- Poster board size is 180 cm wide and 210 cm high. Posters must be in place on the scheduled day (the poster number is indicated at the top of the board).
- 1st day, May 15: 9:00-17:00
2nd day, May 16: 9:00-17:00
3rd day, May 17: 9:00-17:00
4th day, May 18: 9:00-15:00 - Poster Attendance
