Analysis of antibody pharmaceuticals with LC/MS/MS -epitope mapping and analysis of ADC-

We are developing a new technique to estimate an epitope position by combining enzymatic digestion, immunoprecipitation, and LC/MS/MS. Now we are trying to further improve the accuracy, using methods such as HPLC, Western blotting, and HDX MS. We are also working on developing an analytical technique for ADC (antibody-drug conjugates). We are expanding our techniques such as determination of DAR (drug to antibody rate) values and the FITC-binding sites on the antibody using FITC-bound ADC samples.
