Development of highly sensitivity method in LC/MS/MS analysis of pesticides and veterinary medicines using ammonia aqueous solution as mobile phase
A C18 column that can be used up to pH 12 was developed. Pesticides and veterinary medicines were analyzed using the column and ammonia aqueous solution as mobile phase. The sensitivity in 96% of the compounds were increased. LC/MS/MS analysis using ammonia aqueous solution and the column usable in ammonia aqueous solution mobile phase was shown to be effective for simultaneous analysis of pesticides and veterinary medicines.
