How to Register
Please register on-line (payable by Visa, Master, JCB, AMEX, and Diners cards) from "Registration & Paper Submission" menu. Online registration is available even after the deadline (after May 14, 2026, 5:00pm) although advance registration discounts do not apply. Cash payment is not accepted on-site. If you are currently a non-member, it is possible to get the member registration price by applying for FY 2026 membership in either the Mass Spectrometry Society of Japan (MSSJ). If you wish to apply for membership, you must complete the online application for membership in which you will receive a membership temporary ID number. This ID number can then be used to receive the member registration price when registering for the conference. Membership application cannot be done at the on-site registration desk, so please complete registration beforehand. The combined total of membership and conference registration fees is cheaper than the non-member price.

- #1 All the honorary members of MSSJ will receive complimentary full registration. The registration fee of The members of Japan Society for Environmental Chemistry are the same as those of MSSJ members.
- #2 Cash payment is not accepted on-site.
- #3 Book of abstracts will be ready for pick up in the registration area on-site for the convenience of advance registrants.
- #4 Name badges and receipts can be downloaded from the online system. Please login from the "Registration & Paper Submission" page and click the "Download name badge" or "Receipt" button.
- #5 Registration transfers (change of the registered participant) and participation by proxy are not permitted.
Each registration is valid only for the individual who has completed the registration.

Cancellation Policy
The fees of registration for scientific sessions and banquet will not be refunded with request for cancellation.

For VISA Application
Conference participants should familiarize themselves with visa requirements well. The organizers cannot intervene with Japanese embassies abroad or any authorities on behalf of any participant.
However, we will be able to send the acceptance of registration and/or the acceptance of abstract submission by regular postal service, fax or email. If you require any other proofs for your visa, your request will not be acknowledged or processed by the committee.
