Best Presentation Award at the 74th Annual Conference on Mass Spectrometry

Description

The Organizing Committee of the 74th Annual Conference on Mass Spectrometry confers awards upon young scientists who deliver outstanding presentations during the conference. Eligible applicants must be members of the Mass Spectrometry Society of Japan (MSSJ), the Korean Society for Mass Spectrometry (KSMS), the Taiwanese Society for Mass Spectrometry (TSMS), or China Mass Spectrometry Society (CMSS) and must be under 35 years of age as of April 1, 2026.
Two categories will be established for evaluation: the Student Division for undergraduate and master’s students, and the Young Researcher Division for doctoral students and above.

First-prize recipients of the Best Presentation Award are requested to submit either an “Extended Abstract” (a two-page detailed abstract in A4 format, written in Japanese, for the main proceedings) to the Journal of the Mass Spectrometry Society of Japan (JMSSJ), or an original research article to Mass Spectrometry. As the evaluation is based on the poster presentation, presenters who give oral presentations are also required to prepare and present a poster.
