High-Resolution Columns Accelerate Deep and High-Throughput Proteomics
(Niigata Univ.)
oMasaki Matsumoto
Recent advances in mass spectrometry have enabled proteomics to achieve both high depth and high throughput. In this seminar, we highlight the role of high-pressure, high-resolution nanoLC columns, such as the Aurora column, in improving separation performance, identification, and reproducibility while enhancing throughput. We also present an integrated LC–MS platform combining Orbitrap Astral Zoom with Evosep ENO and Vanquish Neo, along with a phosphoproteomics workflow for low-input samples.
