Carbonaceous chondrites provide critical records of thermal processes in the early Solar System, yet the specific heat sources and evolutionary pathways of their parent bodies remain the central controversies. This study aims to elucidate the thermal history of these parent bodies by integrating noble gas mass spectrometry with neutron irradiation to analyze release profiles of halogen-derived (Cl, I) and potassium-derived (K) noble gas isotopes. By determining the activation energies (Ea) and I-Xe ages of five carbonaceous chondrites.
