Reference material: Tool for traceable measurement and characterization of monoclonal antibody

The requirements for RMs for biopharmaceuticals cover not only concentration but also many other properties such as structure. Four years after the release of monoclonal antibody reference material, AIST-MAB, we are continuously working to improve the reliability in the antibody concentration and to update the property data. In this conference, we will present two topics, international comparison study on monoclonal antibody quantification and glycan analysis of AIST-MAB.
