Accompanying persons are allowed to enter the welcome mixer and poster/exhibition booth area, but not the scientific session (oral presentation, luncheon seminar/ teatime seminar area) and banquet. If the accompanying persons wish to attend the banquet, they are required to register for the banquet.
Accompanying persons under 12 years of age are not required to register. - #3

Cancellation Policy
The fees of registration for scientific sessions and banquet will not be refunded with request for cancellation.

Parents bringing Children
Conference sessions may not be appropriate for children. Please respect the interests of your colleagues by allowing them to attend activities without disruption and without concern for the safety of children. Strollers, child backpack carriers or similar devices are permitted in the poster/booth area, and parents/caregivers are asked to keep in mind safety and well-being of children and conference attendees, taking care to avoid crowded spaces.
For VISA Application
Conference participants should familiarize themselves with visa requirements well. The organizers cannot intervene with Japanese embassies abroad or any authorities on behalf of any participant.
However, we will be able to send the acceptance of registration and/or the acceptance of abstract submission by regular postal service, fax, or email. If you require any other proofs for your visa, your request will not be acknowledged or processed by the committee.
