Mass spectrometry imaging can visualize components in biological samples without labeling. In this experiment, we analyzed the changes in the amount of acetylcholine (ACh) in the brain of Scrapper gene-deficient mice. MSI analysis was conducted using the iMScope QT^TM MSI system (Shimadzu, Japan). The results showed significant changes in the amount of ACh in the brain compared to wild-type mice.
