生体内代謝物迅速分析のための官能基を導入したセルロースペーパーの開発

We developed novel cellulose paper with functional group for medical diagnosis by metabolites analysis. Polydopamine, chitosan and citric acid were examined as a preliminary test by standard and saliva sample. As a result, we succeeded to recover, concentrate, derivatize and analyze by GCMS. Further we could roughly estimate limit of detection (LOD). It was about 0.65 and 0.51 pg for glycine and 2-isopropyl malic acid respectively. It means we obtained almost same as conventional method.
