Perovskite solar cells are next-generation solar cells that are easy to manufacture and achieve the energy conversion efficiency of conventional solar cells. However, there is a factor that degrade the performance of perovskite solar cells. It is the migration of ions or holes due to defects in the sample. Therefore, we aimed to elucidate the mechanism of degradation of solar cells by observing the behavior of ions using a femtosecond laser mass spectrometer. In this study, we developed a mass spectrometer for this purpose and observed ions ejected from perovskite samples.
