Angiotensinイオンのプロトン移動反応のOPIG-DC依存性に関する研究

Molecules present in the human body play a vital role in maintaining life. Understanding the structure and reaction mechanisms of these biomolecules is crucial for unraveling the mysteries of life processes and is believed to contribute to drug discovery and the elucidation of biological phenomena. However, the interactions of these biomolecules with numerous surrounding water molecules make analysis challenging within the biological environment. Therefore, in this study, we focused on analyzing the three-dimensional structure and reaction processes of biomolecules in an isolated state by narrowing down the experimental conditions to a vacuum. Observing and analyzing proton transfer reactions of biomolecules in isolated states can provide insights into their three-dimensional structures and reactivity. In this study, we investigated the reactivity of Angiotensin ions, a peptide, by inducing a proton transfer reaction through collision with 1,5-Pentanediamine, changing the surrounding environment.
