Knowing protein structure dynamics is essential to understanding protein stability and function more accurately. In this presentation, we will show that HDX-MS is one of the effective analytical techniques to discuss the structural state of antibodies, one of biopharmaceuticals, in aqueous solution, which amino acid region is essential for its function and stability, and what kind of molecular dynamics it has, based on our research examples.
