STQ法とLC/MS/MSを組み合わせた食肉中の動物用医薬品高速一斉分析
LC/MS/MS analysis, which enables highly sensitive, accurate, and rapid analysis, is useful for analysis of veterinary drugs, and is widely practiced. In an analytical method in this study, it is possible to analyze ions of both positive and negative polarity by single analysis thanks to the high speed polarity switching ability of LCMS-8000 series, and also by using high resolution column and UHPLC. More than 100 drugs can be analyzed in as little as 18 minutes. In addition, STQ method (Solid phase extraction technique with QuEChERS method), combining “solid phase cartridge purification” that enhances purification effect with quick and easy “QuEChERS method” is adopted for pretreatment, and the total from pretreatment to analysis “quick, simple, and highly accurate”. In this study, we examined whether it could be “quick, simple, and highly accurate” as a total solution for analysis of veterinary drugs by combining STQ method and high-speed LC/MS/MS method.
