Investigation of Improving Efficiency of Impurity Profiling Using the Smart MS System

The workflow for comprehensive structure estimation of impurities using mass information was investigated. The combination of acquisition by the Smart MS system and automated processing software is expected to make a significant contribution to improving the efficiency and quality of impurity management operations.
