ESI is the most widely used ionization technique in LC-MS, and a pneumatic nebulizer is important to achieve more stable electrospray in ESI. Our conventional nebulizer nozzle has been improved to make the spray flow more uniform. The improved probe was evaluated in pesticide analysis using triple quadrupole LC-MS. As a result, stable data were obtained even after 3000 consecutive analyses of a matrix-rich sample (black tea).
