Polyurethane is a polymer material used in a wide range of fields such as paints, adhesives, and insulation foams, due to its characteristics of high mechanical strength and wear resistance. It is important to analyze its decomposition (degradation) behavior from the perspective of quality control. In this study, we tried to analyze deterioration behavior of polyurethane resin using various mass spectrometric methods such as MALDI-MS, Pyrolysis-GC/MS.
